The team have had 3 days where more than 10 or more people have joined the team.
19 Feb 05 with 10
31 Dec 04 with 11

Longest consecutive joining streak - 7 days, 16 Feb 05 to 22 Feb 05 (1, 15, 9, 10, 8, 8, 2 respectively)

1 member joining on Christmas Eve (2004), no-one for Christmas Day, 11 for New Years Eve (2004) and 1 for New Years Day (2012)

By the looks of the last couple of days daily RT output, possibly finding a couple more PCs at your disposal each day confused

Always on the lookout for spares. I prepare new and old so can put them to use before they go out.

Good evening all,

Although it feels like it is taking me a painfully long time to reach my target of 100 million points for the team, I am making good progress through the point rankings now that there are no GPU projects on the go.

I dare say that will change once a new GPU project comes along and the likes of Soong and TMC will leave me standing.

Hi All,
I've just joined UK my previous team being moribund with a comatose team captain. sad

I'm a noob on WGC having signed up a month ago when I saw a link in a forum post elsewhere. I think its a great idea that should attract more attention and support than it does. I remember looking at SETI some years ago but I can't remember seeing anything in the mainstream media about WGC or its' support of many worthwhile projects.

One question - Where have all our members gone? I know we have 422 current members but from my observations over the past few days no more than 65 appear to be Active!


Just looking through the old team threads and came across this one. Who would have know that jonnieb-uk would become our master stats man and a VERY valued member of the team at the time???

We need more just like him.

Morning Team... lovely morning here - I got up extra early so I could do a longer ride in. 29 miles in an hour and a half... now to see if I can still do a day's work!

If my stats production encourages just one person to join the UK team, or an existing member to crunch just a few more hours per day, then I'm happy. smile

If only WCG would give us an effective way of communicating with all our team members rather than the <10% who visit the forum, Teams could do so much more!
