Morning fellow team mates and genhos
----------------------------------------![]() @ genhos Joined Dates What a SNAFU this was! Importing US formatted dates from into Excel and converting them to UK format is never as straight forward as it should be and makes my head hurt.** Welcome to my world! ![]() In this case I took a shortcut importing the WCG Joined dates and completly ****** up. ![]() ![]() For the record MABramwell 08-Nov-04 is the oldest WCG member Active or InActive in the UK team followed by Apis Tintinnambulator 16-Nov-04 as 2nd oldest WCG Active member but didn't join the team until 28-Oct-10 MABramwell was the 14th member to join the UK team 01-Dec-04 ** The way forward is to get the data from the.xml source files where dates are in UNIX format. |

@DanielMan, nice going on the output. 6 days RT yesterday is pretty good going. At that rate, there's more than a few in the team you'll be screaming past.
----------------------------------------@JonnieB, flipping date formats! Will have a better look when I make it home this evening. |

@Maugan: Nothing to worry about, all systems are pulled up for a double check now and again, just to make sure, it could be that your system/s have been selected to verify results of someone else (a System new to the Grid?), you can tell by checking the time your version of any work unit (in Verification), was downloaded compared to that of your Wingman. In your Results Page, under Pending Verification, click on the Work Unit name (Orange Highlighted Copy is yours, Grey coloured copy is your Wingman), then look under "Time Sent" to see who downloaded a copy 1st (the other will be the Wingman). It tends to happen more on single quorum projects like FA@H. The only time you need to worry is if (under Results Status), you check under the heading "Error" and "Invalid" and you start to see multiple & regular entries for the same system/s, but even then, with a little investigation, it's usually solved quite easily. Thanks, themoonscrescent. I had a look and the second WU is being sent out about 30-60 seconds after I return mine so they must be sending out second WUs to check the results. It looks like they are all becoming valid once the second WU is completed which I'm happy about |

@ Maugan
----------------------------------------Sorry I misseed your original post else I would have responded sooner. Take TMC's reply together with the relevant parts of this post to understand why some results are sent for verification. It is generally only a short term problem. |
