These new servers should be installed tomorrow; I believe there are 11 of them, of varying degrees of computing-power.

Once they're up and running, and I have BOINC configured on them, my stats should shoot up a "little" biggrin

Hi All. After a few years away (note lack of current badges), I'm back with one machine running part-time only. I'm going to get up to 3 years crunching time with my current team (~70 CPU days to go) and then I'll head over here and join the UK cause.

Am beginning to wish I'd found this place a lot earlier, I've missed out on a lot of potential research I could have been helping with.

I used to do SETI@Home and the original UD, many years ago in University, but kind of drifted away from both and did nothing grid-related for a while apart from a stint at distributed.net towards the end of Uni...

Thanks guys - a change of jobs meant that I lost the test lab I used to crunch on and moved from a desktop to laptop at home so don't leave it on enough. I'm now running on my work laptop which is on for about 8 hours a day with 4 cores... so hope to be with you soon!
