You enjoy the day, too
- there are talkers - and there are doers - but, please, don't be a stranger to the Forums, John C MacAlister |

I'm sure Livvy won't place any "stumbling block" or "obstruction" to us finding her location just off the Florida Coast

You have been focused, indeed, John C MacAlister
----------------------------------------My point count is less than 10% of that in half of that time which means - if my math is correct - that my output is about 5% of yours - but when it comes to post count ![]() - but then again talk never cured a cancer - or did it? ![]() EDIT: An afterthought And, yes, do come more often, please, and help me getting more crunchers to fill in their "My Forum Profile" as nicely as you did. Maybe 20%?
----------------------------------------I have no idea whether talk cures cancer, but it does cure (temporarily, at any rate), loneliness, sadness, being abandoned, etc....) I know this, as I am often on the giving end of talking and listening. It is also sad that "when all is said and done, more is said than done". I know very little about Denmark. Many years ago, I had a slight acquaintance with the Danish Consul in Dublin. Bon Dimanche! ![]() crunching, crunching, crunching. AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-core Processor with Windows 11 64 Pro. Maybe 20%? Right! 50% of your time 10% of your output adds up to 20% output had I had 100% of your time. I stand corrected …Thank you for the nugde to my logic I have no idea whether talk cures cancer, but it does cure (temporarily, at any rate), loneliness, sadness, being abandoned, etc....) I know this, as I am often on the giving end of talking and listening. It is also sad that "when all is said and done, more is said than done". In which capacity are you in the giving end? Volunteering your time somewhere?Maybe we could twist it this way also: If nothing can be done, it was good something was said (and listened to as well). I know very little about Denmark. Many years ago, I had a slight acquaintance with the Danish Consul in Dublin. Feel free to ask. I like to tell about this little buttercup of a country For how long have you lived in Canada? Well, long enough to learn some French, I notice - Bon Dimanche a vous aussi, M. John C MacAlister |

Not being ready to give this thread up until everybody proudly list their country,
I - as the ronkadora I proundly confess to be - dug it out from the køkkenmødding once more. BUMP Original post: If you wish to see where from a cruncher is, 8 times out of 10 you'll be up for a disappointment. I can see many good reasons for not stating one's e-mail, but would there be any risk in stating a country, a state or city, big or small? I still meet too, too many fellow crunchers whose country is not stated in their "My Forum Profile" - and I still think geography is important - and in this case it is free as well, so, please run to your "My Forum Profile" - grayest bar ^^^^ up there - second item from the right - and fill in "Country". BTW - not to invite trouble, but I have listed my e-mail for four months without any problems whatsoever. It could be an all right alternative to the PM facility we don't have, and probably shall not get. |
