Re: Where are you from?

It's fairly quiet where I'm at in the midwestern US... except during the presidential election cycles... when those of us with any sense HIDE from all the media & politicians.

Re: Where are you from?

My imagination bade me to think you had a cattle farm in the Pecos River area

My family was from that area. The "PecosRiverM" is actually the name of our family brand.
Did you like Amsterdam? Seen from a Texan point of view its very close to "my neck of the woods"

While it's been awhile ('77). It was a great High School Senior Trip, We spent a week there seeing lots of sights (Hippy Park, Canal, etc) oh and the "Milkyway Club" biggrin
Like your hat and coffee signature.
What does it mean?

I live on coffee (gotta get another refill) Hat sorta Texas Cowboy Stenson.

Pretty good imagination if I may brag a bit.
Would that area be suitable for cattle?

Have you been overseas since then?

OK, not that complicated at all. I don't know how much you "talk" with your teammates. Do you know USAFA82?

Let your coffee & hat sit there. It's so neat.

Hi Annie,
Pleased to meet you.
See, if you had not replied, I had only known you to be from the USA.
Now we have circled in on the Midwest.
Do you mean primaries? Would that be Iowa?

Re: Where are you from?

Of the crunchers viewing this thread now, I can tell:
toss is from New Zealand
pc81111 doesn't indicate a country
NAP2614 is from Boise, Idaho (that's how I like it served)
PecosRiverM has all the info: D/FW area, Texas, and makes Texas into a country in its own right
gb009761 is from Scotland

Re: Where are you from?

Hello pc81111,
Nice to meet you all the way from Hong Kong.
Why don't you put Hong Kong down in your "My Forum Profile".
I'm sorry, I cannot answer your question about Facebook and badges. I hope somebody else can.
