again, when someone is referred here, say for cancer interests, they are likely to be confused when they start reading only about 'clean water'.
the rotating topic is nice but how about a inserting a small list on the page? |

There is already a list on the page - click on one of those rectangles near the bottom right of the main picture.

A screenshot please as that is too well hidden for me ;-)
Hovering with mouse over the Research button lists out a menu of Active and Completed Researches, which for convenience includes the Phase I of various sciences that have been marked as having possible future work. --//-- |

I think the home page should indicate that HFCC is nearing completion.
It's not even mentioned on the HFCC overview page, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/research/hfcc/overview.do |

It's not even mentioned on the HFCC overview page, http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/research/hfcc/overview.do I can understand, when HFCC has less than 14 (or 10) days , maybe it should no longer be listed in the active menu. This would mostly be due to the badge program, although in my case the badge program was not the original reason I joined collective computing. ![]() ![]() |

Users have the Learn More button for each project, they have the Research button and they have the Site Map at the bottom. How many more do you think they need? The Average User will click on the Research button anyway.

anyone interested in diseases will think he came to the wrong place when he sees this. sorry, but nothing is visible that would indicate otherwise.

I agree that the current page "could" give the wrong impression here, but I don't think another list would help. Rather, not focusing so heavily on one project that takes up the major realestate of the visual page. Right now it does look like a CEP2 webpage.
