Are you saying the MB is too big for the Silverstone case? What are the measurements for the MB?

I apologize as half way through my last post accidentally hit send. Hit edit and added the last details but some how was not sent. So to finish: Coarser dominator 4GB x 12 Intel Xenon 3.33 x 2 , 6 core OCZ solid state 360 GB Ibis HD Silverstone case which is huge but not big Enough for this mother board! Go figure, so have to buy a Lian or comparable Case. The operating system is going to be Linux if I can figure It out. It will be easy --just download Ubuntu 64 bit ISO and burn it to disk then install--you may have to go into bios or boot sequence and select boot from Cd or DVD then push any key to boot from the CD then it should install --if any problems just let us know Go to System-administration-Synaptic Package Manager and scroll down to Boinc meta package and install from there---edit--also--Administration--additional drivers and it will search for them--especially your video card--good to go!!---some more info--- http://whitepapers.theregister.co.uk/paper/vi...esktopmigration-wp-aw.pdf [Edit 2 times, last edit by GeraldRube at Feb 28, 2011 7:02:59 PM] |
