Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Oh dear - first snow outside. It seems that winter is finally coming to Harvard. Well, we'll keep the computers humming to keep us warm and comfy :).

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Dear svincent,
Our friends from the CS department emailed us today about this - they say they want to roll out the app soon, but didn't become more specific.
Best wishes from
Your Harvard CEP team

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that there appears to be a reduction in the number of CEP WU's at the moment??? With the temporary dry up of MCM, I now have a task list that's only 3 CEPs (each with about 3 hours to go) and then it's an endless diet of FAAH.....

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

A new batch of smaller molecules from the new K library got ready for the feeder. These are smaller, fluorinated candidate compounds.

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

The new batch also contains some stragglers from the much bigger F library (only a couple of hundred).

Another new molecular library is on the way – this batch will have 400k wus - again using a fluorination scheme. We are burning through so much computing time these days that it is hard work to just keep the "machine" humming :).

Re: Research Log: Updates from the Harvard Team

Hello Cleanenergy,

thank you for informing us about new libraries, it must be quite thought to feed this monster now ;-)

Would it be possible to have somewhere (on one place) the description of the libraries, number of tasks in them, info about theirs' progress and how to identify them?

Something like FAAH has here:
http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/status

Thank you and keep on with good work!
