Morning everyone!
----------------------------------------Welcome on board all new members... some more familiar faces here now I see! Pond Scum - Well said about the comments made on the last page (doing 50 posts per page here also, and you need to with this thread). Nothing like a nice bit of friendly banter in the team thread I feel. Does anyone know of a quick and easy way of getting to the last post on this forum. I have to click page 10 to get the rest of the pages and then click page 14 - sounds like I'm complaining about a fraction of a second of additional clicking but I've known simpler forums to navigate  If not, should we limit team threads to 500 posts (10 pages for the 50 ppp people) and then start a new one? It's only half what many of us are used to, but for the sake of simple navigation it may be preferable? Do the mods here lock old threads when new ones are started or are we going to get complaints from other teams if we do this for having multiple threads? |

hmm...i typed up a response, and then found out my browser security settings were set so high that it didn't wanna submit.
 must continue tweaking...  but lost my post, so now i type it up again...anywho...quick way to get to the last page...in the forum listings, where it tells you who posted last in a thread, there's an icon next to the name. click the icon, and to the last page you go. good idea on the new thread...i've seen a couple other teams start fresh threads, i'm sure they won't mind if we do. i don't think there's any set limit on number of posts per thread...yet... |

I was going to start a new thread at 500 posts but anticipated negative feedback from elsewhere.
Also, a separate thread in the chat area could easily be misconstrued as another team thread hence I held off on that too. Besides, a separate thread would bump others down the list just the same as this one allegedly does....even though, however much we post...it still only takes up one space on the list...so what's the deal? Anyway.....welcome to all the new guys They called for new members so here we are |
