Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

Looks like work may be running out, at least for the windows platforms, unless there is some process that doles the work out a little at a time.

Work is not "reserved" for a particular platform. The client, any client, asking and receiving a particular "first" task copy on Mac/Windows/Linux just forces the wingman to also be of same platform, except HPF2, where the quorum/distribution does not require "homogeneous redundancy" aka same platform assignment. This also was for RICE.

Of course, if WCG only has an application like in the present CEP2 Beta for Linux, then yes, work is "reserved" ;-)

Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

Should go all the way to ts06_f015* for work unit names...

6 letters (a,b,c,d,e,f) all have 1-15 in them.

Anyone grab c,d,e, or f's? I've only seen a and b.

Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

I was lucky to grab 149 wu's of DDDT2 in this shower.
The cache settings and update button helped a lot.
So far 9 wu's validated and tomorrow I expect to see a badge upgrade.

What is the weather forecast for the next week?

Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

28 Valid, and 70 PV. Most took about one or two hours, so I will not be getting anywhere close to the 30days I would require to reach the next badge.
- 129V, 24PV
All a and b WU's.

Re: It's raining Dengue, Hallelujah!

I managed to get ~50 from manually updating for an hour. I'll be lucky to get 2 days CPU time out of that.

That's a good question. I also only got a and b WUs.
Has anyone seen any others?
