Re: DDDT2 Project Badge Recognition Thread

Did the last statistics update (6:00 Mar 28) fail to update anybody else's statistics?

I had one Type A Dengue and a half dozen little ones get validated during the last 12 hours, and my statistics show no change from 12 hours ago.

Sorry, I am not familiar with what you mean by that term. Please elaborate.

Re: DDDT2 Project Badge Recognition Thread

I was referring to some of the other threads where people were saying that all of the units were being hoovered up, like a vacuum.

Yep, all my stats stayed the same on the 00:00 UTC update. :-|
I would be hoping for silver by the 12:00 UTC update that should run in 6 or 7 hours, but most of my machines have run dry again.

Now when requesting work they're being told

Re: DDDT2 Project Badge Recognition Thread

It's beyond me why you are not anticipating ZoSo and not set the "if there is no work..." as soon as you notice there is no DDDT-2 work. Then at least your computers are on and compute other WCG projects. It will be in flashes long as we are not getting through the remaining A types (34,000) and B types (68,000). These need to be generated when the scientists are happy with the first erlc and ts results and then it still will be leaps and bounds. Quality control is of utmost importance so close to working on 18 specific targets... then when the A/B are done, the 22 million C types can be ran off the conveyor, now and then.

In short, this is running science on the frontier... goes in leaps and bounds.

Re: DDDT2 Project Badge Recognition Thread

I just got the invisible badge. Comes before Bronze. Very hard to see, only under UV light. laughing laughing laughing

For Bronze like Sek was saying, I am doing leaps and bounds to catch it but I still am not able to jump high enough. I will need a pair of Jato rockets. wink
