I finally got emerald for GFAM, but to do that, I had to sacrifice getting only a gold for HPF2 (which is a real bummer... I had great plans for HPF2
---------------------------------------- ). Anyway... I'm currently crunching away at DSFL to take it to emerald (still need to crunch 98 days worth of WUs). After that, there will only be SN2S, FAAH & CEP2 (for which I still don't have a badge for... barely 3 days crunched  ).CJSL Crunching for a better future... |

I will be reaching emerald for DSFL tonight (which was my target), so I've already switched over FAAH... let's see how far I can get with this project

After getting emerald for GFAM, I've been crunching FAAH and have made it to ruby (yupi !!!). Now I'm starting on my way to emerald for FAAH and who knows... might try to make it to sapphire (there seems to be enough WUs to do it). Also crunching CEP2 WUs, but at a very slow rate (1 or 2 WUs every 3 days). So far I have crunched 12 CEP2 WUs for a total of 4 days (like I said: "... a very slow rate").

Now that SN2S has been released again, I'll be switching over to SN2S to take it from gold to ruby. I still have another 100 days to go to reach emerald for FAAH (will do that when SN2S makes it to ruby). As for CEP2, well... have crunched a few more WUs and now it's up 9 days, so bronze isn't that far away.

Just at the moment, I'm crunching 3-1 (3 SN2S to 1 CEP2) until DSFL comes back - then it's full tilt on that for my Emerald Badge.
----------------------------------------As far as I know, SN2S & CEP2 should last long enough (unless there are any unexpected surprises), for me to reach Emerald on both of them (possibly even Sapphire on SN2S) - although that depends on when new projects come along...  |

My only suggestion is to take your frustration out on SN2S... take the sucker to sapphire... that will teach those other projects that end so soon

Get some pieces of work for SNS2 -i get back to it exclusively-not in a run for badges but for ethical reasons.Wait for DSFL too or HFCC ( big if...and when)

Mainly crunching FAAH nowadays (like many of us) and some CEP2 on the weekends since the CEP2 WUs run 12 hours on my laptop and M-F my uptime is only 9 hours at a time.
I'm quickly coming up on getting my Emerald badge for FAAH (probably will get there the end of August). Working on CEP2 Gold badge for 2013 (maybe in 4Q2013). Once I hit Emerald on FAAH, I'll have to figure out what to go after next since I don't think a new project will be ready until this Fall based on what I'm ready on these forums. I'm almost tempted to try for Shappire for FAAH, but that would be about 8 calendar months of straight crunching on FAAH into 2014 to get there with my lone laptop doing most of the work for my little family team. I still have a few weeks to ponder over my next crunching targets from Sep 2013 on.... |
