Re: Not sure how much longer they will be able to keep crunching in the UK

Today the Global Thermometer passed the 150 million temperature measurements milestone

Appropriate then that today the solar yearly average temperature once again fell from the highs of the El Nino back below the average of all the averages of those 150 million individual temperature samples

I was once asked if I had any empirical data to back up my anecdotal evidence that we live on a wonderfully temperature stable planet that isn't warming alarmingly at all

The 150,000,000 + temperature records in my database so far from NOAA Weather Stations around the globe says... I might have biggrin

another 57,000 added every day

Onwards

Dear All
The February results will have to wait a while as I have been in hospital for the last week. You know that frozen white stuff that flutters down from the sky at this time of the year. That stuff the Climate Scientists told us our Children would not get to see.. back in 2000.

Well...

I turns out it's really slippy and I fell last Wednesday and broke my Tibia and Fibula about 5cms above my ankle and i am currently fitted with the finest titanium and carbon fibre holding my foot rigid and stopping it falling off. Tomorrow I am having a Ilizarov Frame fitted so i can have a fully load bearing leg while it heals itself.

Our NHS is amazing ... right from the first Emegency response as they picked me up out of the snow to the back of the Ambulance. To everyone who has looked after me around the clock. To the fabulous Surgeons who have performed the miracle of getting my toes pointing back in the same direction. It has been overwhelming.

I am currently feeling very cared for. This isn't any drugs talking ... this is just paracetamol. I will share some pics of what is currently attached to my leg when I escape back to the real world.

Keep crunching so the Medical Profession can help more people around the Globe

Dave

Best wishes of recovery to you!

As the public hospitals (AP-HP) is in trouble in France and the media here talking hell about the NHS ; it is conforting to see how they take care of you.

Same abt climate. These penguins dont bother of doomsayers and false alarms.

Take care!

Please accept my compassion for the accident you suffered and my best wishes for a full recovery, David Autumns.
I’m so glad on your behalf that you have been treated so well from you got picked up from the snow and until now. I read much criticism of the NHS, so it’s nice to read your positive assessment from the horse’s own mouth so to speak.

Recently I had two similar positive experiences in Denmark within one month. Firstly a thorough check of a suspected blood clot in my seriously swollen leg, secondly treatment of a very real blood clot in my heart.

There is much to be said for ’socialized medicine’ as the Americans often call it or the more edible moniker ’universal medicine’.

Wishing you well

Should We Chill Out about Global Warming?
Apocalyptic scenarios attributed to global warming are simply false and the human race will be able to accommodate whatever “climate change” throws at us, claims a remarkably sober new essay in Scientific American.

The essay, penned by John Horgan, the director of the Center for Science Writings at the Stevens Institute of Technology, analyzes two recent reports by “ecomodernists” who reject climate panic and frame the question of climate change and humanity’s ability to cope with it in radically new terms.

“It has fed billions, doubled lifespans, slashed extreme poverty, and, by replacing muscle with machinery, made it easier to end slavery, emancipate women, and educate children. It has allowed people to read at night, live where they want, stay warm in winter, see the world, and multiply human contact. Any costs in pollution and habitat loss have to be weighed against these gifts,” he says.

Just published an interesting study abt wheather mecanisms and how
some are drawing quick conclusions
well i didnt reach any myself apart catching a cold as temperature get
below 0°C with snow in Paris region.

Here it is:How can you know what to believe?
""It’s not surprising that a new study linking extreme winter weather in the U.S. East with a warmer Arctic has drawn fire from global warming skeptics. Should you believe the study or the skeptics?""
(source EarthSky.org)

have a look to it

NOAA Data Tampering Approaching 2.5 Degrees
Posted on March 20, 2018 by tonyheller

NOAA’s US temperature record shows that US was warmest in the 1930’s and has generally cooled as CO2 has increased. This wrecks greenhouse gas theory, so they “adjust” the data to make it look like the US is warming.

The NOAA data tampering produces a spectacular hockey stick of scientific fraud, which becomes the basis of vast amounts of downstream junk climate science. Pre-2000 temperatures are progressively cooled, and post-2000 temperatures are warmed. This year has been a particularly spectacular episode of data tampering by NOAA, as they introduce nearly 2.5 degrees of fake warming since 1895.
