I echo that sediment. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the precipitate.Perhaps you mean sentiment. The end of DDDT phase 1 has been announced in the readme thread. If you are running DDDT ONLY, it would be worth selecting some other projects so that your computer doesn't remain idle until DDDT phase 2 starts (at some unknown time).

Perhaps you mean sentiment. Yes you have to watch me closely. Spell checkers are a wonder but they are not smart enough to help me ½ the time. Did not mean to imply anyone was related to dirt (sediment) -Jasm

We will be docking a portion of our original ligand library (~200,000 compounds) against an HCV target during the coming week to support some previous calculations. Thanks for your help by allowing "Discovering Dengue Drugs - Together: Phase 1" continued access your computers.

200,000 compounds, sounds like this is quite a large amount of extra work that would take a few weeks? On a personal note, I'm pleased it seems I will get enough for my gold.

200,000 compounds, sounds like this is quite a large amount of extra work that would take a few weeks? The World Community Grid computers typically crunch 3,000,000 compounds in 2 weeks. Stan |

Ah that is pretty quick, still I should get enough of my share of them.

I found something that was likely overlooked when setting up the new intermittant status of DDDT-1. On the Results Status page when using the Project Name drop-down list, there is no option for DDDT.
----------------------------------------Not a big deal, but no way of filtering out the results for this new batch. Just an FYI

For now https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewBoincResults.do?projectId=100 should give you the list.
We will work on fixing it. |

Thanks for the quick response Kevin!
----------------------------------------Again, not a big deal...just one of those things that easily happens when implementing new features. :) You guys do an awesome job with everything you have to keep up with. It's much appreciated.
