 I have had to abort at least 3 HCMD2 calculations. When I do this the Progress bar is stopped at some percentage and both the 'CPU time' and the 'To completion' are counting up at the same rate. It is almost as though the processing is locked in a loop. I usually wait until the 'CPU time' is at least 3 hours.I am particularly distressed about this because I have had Guillain-Barré Syndrome and want to contribute to the understanding and the cure of neuro/muscular diseases. The problem has occurred on a Dell/Intel computer running Ubuntu Linux 8.04 with all the patches and upgrades applied. |
