I am still seeing the issue and the workaround above does not work for me if I understood it. I have tried restarting Safari and have tried deleting the cache files. It's not a problem for me as I can use Windows IE, but I reported it for info. Ah, I am running safari on OS-X not windows. Not much a work around... :) you just wait until Safari gets tired of cycling and stops on an error page, then click the reload button and it always worked for me ... though this morning I did not have the problem ... Very strange ... maybe my refresh was too soon? |

I am using Version 3.2.2. (525.28.1). I may move to Ver 4 as soon as it moves out of the beta stage.

Ah, I am running safari on OS-X not windows. Oh, dear. It did not occur to me to mention that I am running Windows Vista - uncertain exactly what version but definitely 32 bit. Robert |

This should only be impacting users who are using the 'remember me' checkbox.
The way that works is that if you have the box checked and you return to our website after your security token has expired, then the system will send a redirect that sends you through a login mechanism which then redirects you back to the original page that you were trying to visit (and now you are logged in). This happens fast enough that most people do not notice. However, Safari is apparently deciding that if you get redirected to another page and after following any redirects eventually returns you to the original page that it is a loop with no termination and is giving that message. Safari should allow this to complete as we only complete the loop once and it is not an infinite loop. I encourage you to submit this as a bug to Apple. |

Thanks, Kevin. I'll report it to Apple as you suggest. Marking this thread Resolved now.

Um, well, I count at least two cycles through the loop ... so your intent may be that it only go through once, but, it seems to do it twice. Not saying that it IS a WCG bug ... but it still could be ...
