I just discovered that the two cards I am getting are 8500GT's crying

I found this 9800 GTX+ on newegg, though:

It's not "too" expensive and cranks in a GPU score almost as good as my GTX 260 according to this chart:



Chris, you might give them a try. I tried the two 8500GT's I had (I've since replaced them) and if you OC them just short of getting the blue screen of death, they usually return the result just about the deadline. Another little known secret is if you return a result at GPUGrid within 24 hours AFTER the deadline, you usually get credit for it. wink

EDIT: Also, the card you referenced is factory OC'ed. I bought the same card and it didn't work. I gave it to Jonathan and the replacement didn't work. The replacement for that one is being sent to Blizzie. confused It is the card I have been refering to as the card from h3ll. laughing It might be better to stick to a 9800GT and not the GTX.

I have that card. It runs so hot.. and I mean sooooo hottttt. Stick with dual slot if you can since it shoots the heat out of the back IO. Single slot puts the heat into the case where it heats up your northbridge and CPU.
