Thanks JP. I have reported the thread you reference in the Rice forum to the admins. As for our smilies, there's not a restriction on who can link them. The original post is clealy soliciting and violates the forum rules. I've asked the admins to delete the thread.

And some members keep answering the spams , no way Sorry if this is unnecessary or obstructive, but what is a spasm, how is it created and how is it recognised? Why am I answering it (if I am!)??? Why must it contain certain characters? What harm does it do? If it wastes time, whose time does it waste (other than the spasmer's)? Am I wasting MY time, asking questions nobody can answer? |

I have just realised that my eyesight has been playing tricks, substituting "spasm" for "spam!"

Now my double vision has disappeared, I can see that smiley for what it is or what it might be.
1.) It could be a sincere advertisement, asking us to support spam: 2.) It could be ironic, with exactly the reverse intention. |

.....or just let the CA's delete spam! So easy, no cost, what is the problem? No No--all my posts would be deleted I and some other members reported the recent spam and those 'bad' threads are removed and I got a confirmation and thanks by email-reply. And it was even quite fast, a matter of a few hours!
Greetings,

alot of people make money off of the spaming a sight for who knows what project .. or with links that link to take control of your computer sites.
----------------------------------------i honestly wish there was an easy way to have this problem cleared up but unfortunatly it takes a person in most cases... but please when you censor messages please only do it for spam and the like not for real and honest message from the comunity who is crunching |
