Good morning everyone, no rain at the moment, but it has been raining, and guess what, more rain due today, but have faith, summer is on it's way Gordon Brown has promised, following an inquiry into it, that the Government is to appoint a minister to ensure better weather in the future, with severe penalties for local councils if they dont comply. Of course this has to be paid for and he proposes to increase council tax by no more than inflation plus 10%. It is understood that His Lordship Peter Mandleson has already applied for the job as he appears to be the only one able to walk on water.
