Good morning everyone, hope you are all well and over the winter blues. More gardening for me today, plus a date with the vampire, they want more blood, I wish we could get back to old routine where they gave me some!

Good moaning everyone...........

Off out with an RBL caseworker this am to see first hand what goes on!
32yr old just discharged from the amy and homeless sleeping on the streets he has just been given a flat but has no furniture or the basics required to set up home.
This is the face of Britain 2012!! Thank god for the RBL

It would be nice if the RBL could set up a 'collection' service. I am sure that there are many Vets like me/us who have spare furniture and would love it to go to another Vet, rather than someone who............

Ah well, time to get the mower out and give the lawns their first of many......

A dry and warm day for the weekly shop but weather definitely dodgy for the monthly Village garden clean up tomorrow.

Sorry being a little dense Anne-L leap year happens ever four years in UK when we get an extra day Feb 29th tradition says that on that day the distaff side goes out catches a mate.hence Teds hiding behind the garden shed smile devilish

Evening all

Another sunny and warm day and we have an extra Bank Holiday this year to make up for the extra working day of the leap year. Not that it makes much difference to we oldies.
