Re: Re:

Evening all

Another sunny and very warm day here so a lot of bedding laundered and dried outside.

Talking of Mystery Movies, does Saturday Morning cinema still exist? I remember winning a seat in the circle for the following week having won the competition for the biggest potato.
Those old Westerns were really something.

Re: Re:

It does seem that the Vue chain of Cinema's have a kids Saturday morning screening £1.25 .

The only time I ever went was when staying with a cousin in Guildford . I remember looking forward to those weekends,Of course I never got to see the dramatic rescue of the cliff hanger 'cause we only went about once a month But remember Hopalong Cassidy

Dressed all in black which is against the cowboy rules Bad men wore black and the hero had the white stetson Hoppys horse was Topper I think thats Topper in the picture as I'm sure Topper was a Grey (white) Horse .Hoppys Hat was not like the normal Cowboy hero's hat it was quite tall Roy Rogers had a snappy low crowned WHITE hat so you knew straight away what side he was on Of course His Horse was Trigger his "Four legged Friend "
The song that at one time I could sing all the way through Cause it was every Saturday morning when it was played by Uncle Mac.

Re: Re:

Good morning everyone, suffering a bit at the moment, the gout has returned with a vengeance, but as dad used to say " If yo can feel pain son, you are alive!"
Hope you lot are well?
Evy posted some photographs recently of little Caspar, not so little now and getting more like his father every day.
