Sad to report that Dave Bell, one of the administrators has recently passed away, you will find the info in Caring and Sharing. Dave, like many who have passed away will be missed.

Evening all
Some of my clocks do it for themselves but Scribbles you must have a pretty good system if the boiler and your wrist watch also do it automatically. As it's twice a year it's hardly the worst thing I have to think about. I must see what's happened to the church clock. We no longer have a resident vicar as, with the declining congregations, one has to look after about four churches and when I last passed ours on Friday the clock was already 20 minutes fast. Drizzle for most of the day here but it cleared up in time for the trick and treaters coming down the street. |

Hello from Germany! I am new to the Edwardian team as well as the WCG. I am always looking for opportunities to do my little part in making this world a better place. I have done one project (muscular dystrophy) and I'm currently working on human proteome folding. This whole program is brilliant and I am glad to be a part of it. ![]() Oh dear, I hope I didn't scared off CrysNBoo by threatening them with the vacuum cleaner. Good morning everyone, weekend is here again which means no doubt that the workers will be having a little time to themselves and a loooooooooooooooooong one too (puppy zooooooms through thread) everything alright over here casper growing like mad and somehow there seem to be LESS hours in a day poor milly! There's never enough hours in a weekend. Bought a new bird feeder for the birds, since the first one wasn't very rain proof and got a bit clogged up. The birds didn't like the new one, so I just got them yet another new one. They are very pampered down here! ![]() |

....wristwatch is radio controlled to accuracy of less than a second per month and is photo-electric so no setting, winding or batteries. Central heating is also CPU controlled like my PC and does not require much contolling....
