Evening all

Didn't get to check in yesterday as it was the first pensioners meeting of the year and I got back a bit late and a few noggins meant I fell asleep in front of the television.

Lovely day today so also got a bit done in the garden although there's still lots to do.

And Ted, it's my turn for the regular visit to the quack tomorrow morning. That in itself is enough to put my BP up.

Seems to me Ted that if you want to get your BP down, you need to change your doctor! Pretty obvious to me!!

I keep going to my doc telling him I won't take his pills, and he has his diagnosis wrong.
