BP was OK with my Sri Lankan Quack this morning and we had a good chat about politics and cricket.

Left with the usual form to have the full range of blood tests which are fortunately held in the same medical centre just round the corner from me.

Sun shone all day but, if you get out of its direct warmth it remains a tad chilly.
