Wet and miserable for the weekly supermarket run but, unlike the bin men, I can get a cab each way.
Funny that my memories of weekend working whilst at school include the affect of snow but rain was so common that it clearly came with the job. Reading the last post, how is Ted the skipper? |

Reading the last post, how is Ted the skipper? Teds fine, I had a good conversation with him 2 days ago, he don't get out so much but his neice sees him quite a lot and keeps an eye on him. As we are, he is feeling the pinch and the cold.......... Old Sage |

Well you can't say a trip to the smoke isn't full of excitement. I've not been up there for a while but am due to go up to the Liberal Club for a pensioner's lunch on Wednesday hoping to meet up with a few old mates. A bit puzzled Ivan as for as from where I'm sitting in T'north your home is in the smoke but as we all know you have your own little village to keep you out of the "Smoke"l |
