luyseyal,
----------------------------------------In your Default profile which values have you set in the section "Workunit Cache Settings" ? Also, only for curiosity since I don't think it has anything to do with your problem, is this normal that Boinc says Memory: 1.97 GB physical, 0 bytes virtual? In my very basic Ubuntu setup I have Memory: 1.93 GB physical, 8.00 GB virtual for the same physical RAM. Cheers. Jean. |

Workunit Cache Settings:
- Connect to network about every: 0.1 days - Cache: 0.0 extra days of work > Memory: 1.97 GB physical, 0 bytes virtual? I have swap turned off. This machine is a personal workstation and the hibernation mode has never worked so I have no need of swap. Besides, I hate it when applications get paged to disk. -l |

Well, nevertheless suggest you permit the swapfile use and see what happens.
----------------------------------------As for: Can't load library libcudart No idea if this has anything to do with your issue, think it doesn't look right.

Well, nevertheless suggest you permit the swapfile use and see what happens. Older versions of BOINC did not care about swap. I used to have 2 processes running just fine all the time. Do you think this is a regression? As for: Can't load library libcudart I have an ancient ATI card so the library doesn't load. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CUDA -l |

Suggest you downgrade to a 6.2 or 5.10 latest release. The scheduler of 6.4 and 6.6 is still not fully mature. Regression... don't know? The admin over at Berkeley wrote that behavior changes without notice, something to that extend (happened to wear safety belt at the time). At least with Linux and ATI GPU there is no compelling reason to have any 6.4 as CUDA is nVidia exclusive.
