DataMan. I hate to see you leave. You are a very substatial contributor and a contributing personality on the boards - which helps. Any team would be proud to have you as a member. Regards.

Did I read above something about the team website being a hinderance? If so, Why don't I spiffy it up? That is what I do after all. See my homepage.

Re: smilesmile Join "MyOnlineTeam" Today - Chapter 30 smilesmile

Dataman -- Sorry to report that I was unable to get any more out of Cedric's battery through the procedure I mentioned a few days ago. Early on, it looked like I might as I got a whole half hour first time out, but was back to only 15 minutes just now. I am going to change to the other battery I have now. Just so you have them, here are the complete instructions (which I have seen several places):
Your Roomba may be experiencing an issue where the battery is deeply discharged and may need to charge longer than the standard 2.5 hours. (or 6 hours if you have a standard charger)

If you have fully charged your Battery (the Roomba Power light is solid green) and it charging time was short (less than 20 minutes) and its run time was short (less than 20 minutes) you will need to do the following.

Reset the Roomba charging system. Do this by removing the Battery and holding down the "power" button for at least 5 seconds. Then reinstall the Battery.

Plug the Charger into Roomba (avoid using the Home Base if you have one so as to ensure the Roomba's charging cycle is not interrupted.)

Charge the Battery until the Roomba Power light is solid green and keep the Roomba on the Charger for an additional 72 hours (3 days). Note: Do not interrupt this charging cycle.

In Max mode, run the Roomba for one complete cycle without a Home Base present, to deplete the battery. Keep track of the runtime and if it has improved, repeat steps 3 and 4 a few times. If your Roomba does not have Max mode, run several Clean cycles until Roomba stops and plays the "dead battery" song.

I over shopped for my online groceries! Freezer full and it looks like the rest of the refridgerator will fill up as well. Might have to drink some beers to free up space. Oh well, sacrifices must be made at times. biggrin biggrin biggrin
