Yep ... results are posted to me but not to team yet (BOINC Stat's can be slow). Finished another one. The 8400's are not doing that well though. You peged it with the time to completion ... what a joke. Couple that with no runtime, it just runs until it is done.  |

You peged it with the time to completion ... what a joke. Couple that with no runtime, it just runs until it is done. I still think that statistically your graphics card (the 8400gt) is still capable of doing more work per hour than your quad core cpus. Even more than my overclocked quad. Think about how great you're going to feel when you get a Nvidia 9800 gt next time for another quad. It's even more effective at PS3grid per dollar than the 8800! |

Trouble that I am having with the 8400's is that they are on track to do a wu every 3 days. Problem is they send you 4 at once with a five-day time limit. I think once I return a some "too late" BOINC will back it down to one at a time. Well ... I like experiments. It will take a new machine or some power supply upgrades for me to get a 9800.  |

---------------------------------------- I awakened to find the crapway machine is dead. Again. I'm not going to fix it again. I've disliked that machine ever since I opened the box.I'll order a new one with an 8800 card but will be down 4 cores for a couple of weeks. |
