The newly installed BOINC client is not receiving any jobs from WCG.

BOINC doesn't need more work right now. There are two possible reasons for this:
1. BOINC has enough WCG work to be getting on with. 2. BOINC is concentrating on a different project - I noticed in your other thread that you are also attached to malariacontrol.net. Unless BOINC is sitting idle, this is not an error - everything is working just fine. |

I have the same messages and BONIC is sitting idle.
I have now connected to another project (abc i think) and this is now running, however it's results are not being posted back to the WCG team. can you suggest what I'm doing wrong please |

Sounds like a firewall problem, possibly. Please will you check your security software, and see if it is blocking communication?
