Re: Team Andrax, The Great International Team!

Doneske, that is awesome.
As far as I remember there is no option to set the time for a challenge. So I suppose it is always 00:00 UTC, but I think JC will proof that or correct me.

Yes, what Eric posted, 0000 UTC Time on the 28th (thanks, Eric!).

Again, great to see that you will be back crunching with us in the Challenge (or even past that if you like). Either way, it's all good.

This is really a fine time for all of our fellow Co-Captains, past or present. It's going to be fun just particapating in this Challenge of ours and I hop we will see many other Teams here; also former Teams who crunched at UD.org when we were there. good luck

This is what I have for stats right now. Another great day of crunching stats from all of us. :)

Re: Team Andrax, The Great International Team!

I like challenges cool I feel another i7 6700k setup coming on biggrin getting one sourced, up and running in 8 days should be do-able and push me over the 250,00 points/day level - should probably stop buying gear then though before my wife finds out,

Paul D, seeing those Free-DC stats of yours, I feel the need for more speed and power! Also, Ray has got to be adding something as well.

I think anhhai needs to see the Team Doctor aafer digesting all that pie. devilish

I liike the term that Eric posted, I am getting that 'Gear Syndrome'. biggrin

And that requires more than just a few 'quid'. LOL!

Hello, Co-Captains (fellow Team Mates)!

FYI: Our Team is ranked in the *Top 50* in all three WCG Team Stats (so far) from the last update.

I have a bad case of it laughing ordered this morning and arriving tomorrow, be up and running tomorrow evening.

Quick technical question - has anyone any experience of running two motherboards from 1 PSU? I could slot a micro ATX motherboard into a large gaming case I already have alongside an E-ATX X79 motherboard, all it needs would be a PSU connection/hard drive and network cable, i'd run it with Ubuntu so could just log in to it to update etc so it wouldn't even need a monitor. Workable idea? any thoughts/experiences? thanks.

Paul, I don't have any practical experience in that topic.
I've seen a psu mainboard atx y-cable a while ago. The big question is, if you psu has enough power to provide enough for these two mainboards?

Besides the heat issue, I am not aware of any PS with two 24 pin ATX motherboard connectors. Two (2) CPU's on one motherboard is available on the server systems, but not two motherboards powered by one PS unit.
