The gym isn't always that dangerous. Last yr I worked out for almost 9 months (5 days a week, with the occassional 2 extra days off every 3 or 4 weeks), then I took an entire week off and somehow I injured my elbow. Of course being the idiot I am I ignored it and stepped up m workout since I took an entire week off, so I did 13 sets of pushup totally over 300 with a 15 lb weight on my back. So guess what happened? Yep, a minor injury became serious then of course I became lazy and didn't work out for 5 months. anhhai, actually (for me), the gym is a safe place if you have spotters or trainers (just about every gym has a 'trainer' whose job it is to keep you from hurting yourself). LOL! My accident was because a trainer had forgotten about which excersizes *not to perform*. And you will laugh at thos one! It was just ONE simple excersize that he was teaching me when I didn't have a 'gym day'. It was an isometric (kinds intense for a iso) and the very next day, I know what made my left wrist swell up. Actually, it from an older injury in which I chose not to have surgery (I didn't think it was a big deal). Kinda like your Yep, a minor injury became serious. Oh well, stuff happens.   Kalay zhagday, Co-Captains (fellow Team Mates)?  (repeat post by me) Has anyone had problems with the Computing for Sustainable Water Badge work-units (I have an i780 running under Win 7 Pro with 4 gigs of memory and *no* gpu ready card)? (answer by Ray) You will need to add more RAM as each CFSW WU uses about 512k of RAM. I had one computer with 4gigs (with a 2.93 Intel Lynnfield chip) and CSFW WU's brought the computer to a standstill whenever seven (7) (six was very sluggish) or more CFSW WU's were being crunched. There is nothing like seeing a message "Waiting for RAM" when the computer will not do anything for extended periods of time. After adding another 8 gigs, all is well with no exceptions. While you may try to run this in a mixed environment, you may still encounter similar issues under different or similar circumstances or if the distribution/current crunched WU's has an unbalanced CFSW WU versus other selected projects. Ray, does this still hold true? Thx! Everithing is running fine. My machines have Windows7 or Snow Leopard. RAM-usage is normal.
