Hi JC & fellow teammates!
I've been hiding in the a/c here in the Smoky Mountains. First we had days and days of oven-like heat, then we started getting violent thunderstorms in the afternoons. One storm brought almost 4" of rain and beat up my garden.  But it's recovered, and the bees are visiting the zucchinis, so all is well. I agree, Antarctica is the only place to be this week, lol. Hope your injury is better, JC. We're going to see America tomorrow night. They're playing locally. I'm more of a Metallica fan, but dh wants to go, so.  Have a great day, & stay cool, littlemiss  |

How is your wrist doing? I hope much better! It is somewhat difficult to type wearing this bandage on my left wrist. I am doing all I can to make it heal faster. RICE Rest Ice Compression Elevation. I *might* post a pic from the gym the day it happened. Funny thing is, I never noticed the huge swelling until the very next morning. It never should have happened. Stuff happens though.
