Bleh.. Energy bills $120 again this month. I'm approximating about $35 per rig a month. Then there's house heater (gas) price too. I might have to turn off my C2D for the night or what not. Can't afford to continue paying these prices since parents are complaining. ![]() Going to get a more efficient PSU for my Quad too. The current one is only 70% efficient; getting a 85% Antec one. Yep, and the more you use the more expensive it gets with PG&E. I calculated $30/month/machine over 5 quads, 4 duo's and a lamer single. But you may be right at $35 as I have other large loads like the pond and waterfall pumps. Hard to figure. Working for good things is not without sacrafice. (Remind me of what I just said when I get my next bill ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I'm taking AP Econ. And that reminds me... I have to pay for AP Tests soon. ![]() I decide to go buy a power supply that's more efficient for $35. It's been on sale for that price for weeks now, so I go to the website and guess what. It's back to $50.. |

Yeah, my plan is "run what i brung" until it gets too hot, then I'm afraid almost everything is getting shutdown... unless I get that new PC like I've been planning - if so, it's liquid cooled, so I can't imagine that would affect the air temps in my room nearly as much as an air cooled machine, would it? |
