Hi/Salut Kotatsu! You get a badge for 14 days of runtime, not 14 hours... Therefore for African Climate that means much patience.  Bye. Jean. Jean, he meant that the WU takes 14 hours to complete, so you wouldn't miss it by it 'quickly' crunching and returning.. :) Diana  |

Yes Diana, you are right!
----------------------------------------Reading this thread again before reaching your post it came to me that I had been confused between the similarity: 14 hours vs 14 days. However even with a slower machine which would do it in 24 hours a badge is still a matter of getting 14 jobs. Knowing how difficult it is to get a single one I will persist on patience and add obstinacy. Cheers. Jean. |

Jean I have crunched only 1 AC@H wu. It did take about 12+ hours and then the 2nd one I got later on, I forgot to okay with my firewall and so it errorred.

I have only run one at the beginning for testing and seeing the graphics, then I de-selected it. My machine is not very fast and I had to select ACAH alone and uncheck the other projects option to get one after a while. I cannot run like this on a regular basis.

I haven't been fortunate to get a workunit from this project either. But, there is plenty of work to do for other projects.

I remember when it first arrived it was estimated at 12+ hrs. D'oh!! Thankfully my results were still available in My Grid :) I get so many numbers going through my mind everyday, it's hard to remember exactly from December  Hope you forgive me |

I have added AC@H in my favorite but never seen one unit.
----------------------------------------With Beta, it's the last badge i miss. Beta is not too hard to get when there are betatesting running. Little by little, i wil get the badge. My problem will be to get enought AC@H to get the badge.  |

I've never seen one either and I go through 150 results a day across all my machines. My friend has 3 machines and receives a couple every week
