Aujourd'hui : Quiche Lorraine ! Le plus important, c'est d'avoir de bons lardons et de bons oignons. Et la crème fraîche bien sûr. Une recette très simple, mais c'est un délice !  Recette / recipe . Wich means, when the chief is away, the others take advantage.  Cooking Aujourd'hui : Cailles farcies au foi gras de canard . Contrairement à la recette en lien, je recommande de remplacer les champignons de Paris par des cèpes. Pour flamber les cailles au cognac avant de les farcir, nous pouvons utiliser celui que nous voulons, que c'est juste pour rajouter un peu de subtilité au plat. Yes! And here it's when the cat's away the mice will play! Maybe this means that English speaking mice can't dance. Because this is the saying I am familiar with as well. |
