Je ne sais pas ce que c'est un boomerang qui ne fonctionne pas ! Comme je l'ai expliqué à Chris, je les fabrique moi même (j'en ai même vendu pour me faire de l'argent de poche quand j'étais adolescent) . C'est fait main, mais ils reviennent à moins de 3m, et il faut au moins un demi terrain de foot comme surface pour jouer avec.

Aujourd'hui : Cassoulet Toulousain.

Ceux qui font tous les treks ont déjà goûté, mais j'espère que vous ne serez pas contre en manger à nouveau.

Selon la légende, la recette aurait été inventée pendant la Guerre de 100 ans, lors du siège de Castelnaudary. Les habitants auraient rassemblé tous les ingrédients qu'ils avaient, pour faire un plat commun. Nous savons que ce n'est pas vrai, mais les légendes sont là pour faire rêver.

Le nom vient du plat en terre dans lequel il est traditionnellement préparé : La cassolette.

Il y a une assiette sur le coté, elle est réservée pour Little Mermaid. Je l'ai servie avant de mettre le canard dans le plat, que nous le rajoutons à la fin.

En vin, un Corbières rouge, et un Gaillac blanc.

Enfin, mais ça c'est ma touche personnelle, donc je l'ai laissé à coté, chacun fait comme il veut : du Merken. Ce fameux piment fumé qu'on ne trouve que dans une région du Chili. Et celui là, c'est de la pure qualité ! C'est mon petit frère qui l'achète sur place, et qui me l'envoie par la poste.
