Mais si tu veux faire plaisir à Louloup, plutôt que de lui donner un badge, donne lui plutôt quelque chose à manger, ou fait lui un câlin. Plus un câlin qu'à manger d'ailleurs, que tout le monde me dit qu'il devient un peu gros (même ma maman quand elle est venue chez moi lundi) .

Aujourd'hui, un grand classique de la cuisine Française : Le pot au feu. Nous le cuisinons surtout l'hiver pour nous réchauffer, je me suis dit que ça irait très bien pour notre arrivée en Norvège. A noter que cette recette date du XIIIe siècle, et qu'au Moyen Age, on laissait souvent le pot sur le feu plusieurs jours, en rajoutant des ingrédients au fur et à mesure.

C'est un plat à base de viande de bœuf avec beaucoup de légumes (Vous avez la recette sous l'image, avec le traducteur pour mettre la page dans la langue de votre choix) . Ne surtout pas oublier de mettre un os à moelle ! C'est un ingrédient essentiel, qui va donner du goût à tout le reste.
Plus longtemps nous le laissons mijoter, meilleur ça sera. Et vous vous en doutez, vu ce que j'ai signalé précédemment, réchauffé, c'est encore meilleur.

En vin, un Chablis blanc, et un Bordeaux rouge. Un sommelier vous donnerait peut-être d'autres conseils, j'ai fait un choix simple, mais sûr.

Enfin, les très gourmands mangent la moelle sur du pain grillé.
