Ma place, en défensif, c'est goal 'sortant' ; En offensif, pivot. Sauf si on met attaquant gauche, je ne fais pas bien la différence entre mes mains (ambidextre ?) Et je suis 'à l'envers' sur les appuis sur les pieds. Aux Arts Martiaux c'était un avantage, en Roller c'est génial, au Handball, ils ne comprenaient juste rien. On ne parle pas assez des équipes féminines, mais les Françaises au Handball, je fais pas goal en face, alors que c'est ma place. On se met sur le coté, et on fait les pom-pom boy. --------- I do not know how you can think that I do not like handball, it's my favorite team sport! My place, in defensive, is 'outgoing' goal; In offensive, pivot. Except if we put left striker, I do not make the difference between my hands (ambidextrous?) And I'm 'upside down' on the supports on the feet. In Martial Arts it was an advantage, in Roller it's great, Handball, they just did not understand nothing. We do not talk enough about women's teams, but the French Handball (National Team), I do not goal in the face, while that's my place. We put ourselves on the side, and we make the pom-pom boy.  Sorry, stefada, of course you're into sports as well as a lot of other things. I recall some daring skateboard maneuver  Come tomorrow, will you root for Denmark as we play Norway in the finals?  - so far the closest we come to a Norwegian Base Camper is tanner2 with Norwegian roots,  currently hibernating in Minnesota with a large comforter of snow over him .... |

Encore impressionnée par cette photo en roller ? (c'était peut-être une autre, mais c'est la même figure) Je reconnais que c'est visuellement impressionnant, mais techniquement, vraiment, c'est très simple. Quelqu'un qui a les bases (un mois de pratique ?) peut apprendre à le faire en une après-midi (avec les bons conseils) . Quant au sport collectif, il n'y a qu'au handball que j'étais vraiment bon. Au volley moyen. Au basket, bon pivot/défenseur, mais pas doué pour marquer des paniers. Au rugby, avec mes 60Kg, on s'est compris ... Et le foot, gardien médiocre mais qui n'a pas peur du ballon, sur le terrain je ne sers à rien, autant me mettre sur le banc de touche. Et si j'ai parlé des femmes, c'est que l'équipe de France féminine de handball, elles sont vraiment très douées. Un niveau que même au top je n'ai jamais eu, mais qui est beau à regardé. ---------- Still impressed by this photo on skate? (It was maybe another, but it's the same figure) I admit it's visually impressive, but technically, really, it's very simple. Someone who has the basics (a month of practice?) Can learn to do it in one afternoon (with good advice) . As for the collective sport, there is only in handball that I was really good. In volley, medium. In basketball, good pivot / defender, but not good at scoring baskets. In rugby, with my 60Kg, we understood each other ... And football, mediocre goalkeeper but who is not afraid of the ball, on the ground I do not serve anything, so put me on the bench. And if I talked about women, it's the French women's handball team, they are really very talented. A level that even at the top I have never had, but that is beautiful to watching it. C'est pour ça qu'ils devaient discuter avec Saphir12, que Kraland est dans le même pool que le CSF. L'idée, c'est que c'est un Challenge où trois équipes font un relais, avec interdiction de changer d'équipe toute la duré de l'épreuve. Je me suis permis de demander si le Base Camp pouvait participer, et dans quelle mesure. Après, Thomas, c'est quand même celui qui organise le THOR challenge. Donc là c'est quelque chose de tout nouveau, mais si vous souhaitez inscrire vos équipes, ça serait bien normal ! Tous les détails dans le lien. --------- Thomas (Captain of the CSF team) has launched a new challenge, the Athena Trophy! That's why they had to argue with Saphir12, that Kraland is in the same pool as the CSF. The idea is that it is a challenge where three teams make a relay, with no team change for the duration of the event. I allowed myself to ask if Base Camp could participate, and to what extent. ----------------------------------------For those who do not know, Thomas is the one who organizes the THOR Challenge. There it would be something for the spring (March?), But we can not change team once committed, over three weeks, failing to disqualify. I'll keep you updated as I get the info, but there must be something to do. I don't believe a team can stop someone from joining or leaving their team at anytime they choose to. So i don't see how this can work. One person could join and leave any team they wanted to disqualify.  |

Je pense que Thomas sait assez comment organiser un challenge pour ne pas tomber dans une telle arnaque. Par contre, ça veut dire qu'on ne peut pas faire comme pour le THOR challenge. Par exemple, j'ai fait la première manche avec Kraland, ensuite j'ai rejoint SNURK & friends, et pendant trois jours, quand on a essayé de vous faire passer dans le TOP10, avec les SeriousCrunchers. Là, on ne peut pas faire ça. L'idée, c'est de regrouper trois équipes, fixées à l'avance, et qu'elles se fassent relais. Une nouvelle idée de challenge. A essayer ? ---------- I think Thomas knows enough how to organize a challenge not to fall into such a scam. By cons, it means that we can not do as for the THOR challenge. For example, I did the first run with Kraland, then I joined SNURK & friends, and for three days, when we tried to make you pass in the TOP10, with the SeriousCrunchers. There, we can not do that. The idea is to group three teams, set in advance, and they relay. A new idea of challenge. To try ? |

When is the latest date that I could join? From what I read in the rules it would seem not. Perhaps he is annoyed at my rally efforts during the Thor challenge. Cheers   |

"Artificial" team movements, isolated and minority (when it is limited to a small number of volunteers or the usual team turnover) do not hinder anything if they are done before the start of the Athena Trophy (March 18th) and on one and same team. The nature of the teams formed on BOINC projects is to be mobile, in contrast to physical teams. We can not suppress these movements and we do not even want it. However, in a competitive absolute, teams do not see their volume evolved, it is fixed. On the other hand, we not tolerate mass movements and the roster of each team will be monitored to detect unusual and massive movements.
