I spent a while in Ushuaia, it was while there I investigated the Antarctica excursion, timing just about fitted, but the weather was on the edge from the start. Ah well. Some weeks later, I met a Danish girl in a car park in Santiago, Chile, her name was Vibeke, you know the rest.

Fossaw, that's one of many reasons why I'm so fascinated by geography
- and that's why I occasionally run my campaign for the members here to list their country as a minimum smile

the way it brings people together in a few sentences of smalltalk
in so many ways people can be brought together
I bet either you or V (probably V - she's Danish) asked *Where are you from?*

I said hi, she barely looked up from her magazine and sort of grunted. But I've finished washing up the dinner stuff, so not a completely wasted trip. The grill is also ready for the night under its cover.
