Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Oh, I never knew there was any Danish teams.
No Danish teams have had team threads here,
and no Danish crunchers have posted socially here either
to the best of my knowledge,
so it's such a treat to have had you respond, Fossaw smile
Do I understand you correctly
if I think you say you have no real activity in BoincDenmark any more?
If so, will you return to BoincDenmark?

The real reason why Danish people are happier than American people

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Little Mermaid

----------

Thanks, you're a love ! That's exactly how I should have translated it.

But it is true that in France (and me perhaps one more than others), we use some bad words without even realizing it. It's common, even a banker, a lawyer or a politician can say, we will not even pay attention.

And I understand, that it can shock in other countries. If I have been moderate, it must be the case. So I'm sorry, that's the least bit of politeness. While explaining, that it was just to make people laugh.

I'm wrong, or there are two crunchers here, that I had never met before?
Delighted Fossaw and Tanner2. Me, it's stefada, a French cruncher a little fan of Little Mermaid ...
(You do not want to join Team Kraland? I would like to recruit the whole planet)

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

No, you should not have translated it, stefada, you couldn’t know, because this is the way we say it in Europe, but now we know it’s not the word to use here. I don’t think it will shelter any children from meeting it sooner or later, though.

More and more words of a character that sounds unpleasant in my ears, have become normal language in Denmark – even in the state run radio&TV - and I realize that the language is an evolving (or devolving – depending on how you look at it) thing. Still, I get surprised each time I hear a word we wouldn’t say decades ago.

And I found beautiful spotted cat’s answer wonderful in the first edition as well as in the housebroken second edition.
The second is a bit funnier, because it is a bit ironic, too tongue
-well I don’t know if it is acceptable, yet. Is it, ErikaT?

tanner2 is very loyal to sujo1 and SeriousCrunchers. You would waste your time, stefada.
As to Fossaw, I don't know.
- so far I have recommended SeriousCrunchers
Fossaw has been with a Danish team so far.
I don't know his plans. Perhaps you could have a chance wink
- and it's smart of you to keep your eyes open

tanner2 est très fidèle à sujo1 et SeriousCrunchers. Tu perdrais ton temps, stefada.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

LM,
I am so glad I was not drinking anything because the picture of the receptacles made me laugh out load and it would have come out my nose. Very good biggrin biggrin

Hello stefada, happy to meet you.
I used to be a lot more active but now I just dabble around on serious crunchers team. If you have a trek I would swing by and help.

Whew that was a lot to say for me laughing

I'm glad you were not, too. Anything coming into your nose through the backdoor is awful ....
Whew that was a lot to say for me laughing
Yes!
And you were very good at it biggrin

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Oh, I never knew there was any Danish teams.
Here are at least 142 of them, little mermaid. There is a list of teams for each (admitted) country.

I would believe SeriousCrunchers are doing somewhat better cool
I am embarrassed to see how few Danes are crunchers, Fossaw blushing
I tried to talk to my surroundings
chicken chicken eeeehhhh!!! chicken eehh!! chicken isn't it dangerous? chicken chicken shock
I would think that you could have a better response from your circle of people with your profession.
Have you tried to recruiting anyone?
Are you aware that WCG has a recruitment badge scheme?
