no work? (resolved)

i have a few lowly pc,s using boinc and boinc says there is no work from any projects theese pc,s are running win xp pro and win2kpro/server 3pc,s total ....
the messages states there is no work available...
have tried many things to get them to work but to no avail..
changed prefs on website and also agent...
expanded virtual mem...
rebooted several times...
theese pc,s were crunching but not now??????
approximately 2 days having probs....

Ron, what are the FULL specs of each of the machines?

Lawrence, those minimum requirements make no mention of Vista for the windows version....I know boinc works on vista..... biggrin

Scribe, WCG have been doing some additional research before officially supporting Vista.

...but in that case anyone reading the requirements would get the impression it does not work on Vista wink

hmm..
none of the three pc,s in question have vista so that rules that out..
however i do have a x24400 dual booting vusta ultimate and xp pro both work fine with boinc..
any other help appreciated...
