has anyone been to Canada, and eaten Poutine? And has a recipe with ingredients you can buy in Germany or Europe?

She has been there 3 years ago, and it must have been really wonderful. But take time, everything goes slower there...

I have been several times and eaten Pouline, , and yes we do have a food thread called Recipes and Household Hints
