RIYADH (Reuters) - Hundreds of camels have died in Saudi Arabia this week from a mystery ailment.
The Agriculture Ministry has said 232 camels died in the space of four days in the Dawasir Valley, 400 km (250 miles) south of Riyadh. Agriculture ministry officials have denied an infectious disease caused the deaths and blamed them on animal feed supplied by food storage authorities.' strange, yes?  |

Let us know if you find more on the internet or send mail to the minister of public health and agriculture in Washington.... last I heard there was a camel shipment on it's way to Albuquerque. Camel milk and cheese is increasingly popular. I think it's the same folk that were importing ostriches to farm them for eggs and meat.

Could it be camel food from China containing poisonous by-product (anti-freeze?) similar to the poison Chinese pet food found in the US?
