I've just returned home after a few days away and most of my UD agents are also paused. They seem to connect to the grid server but then fail while attempting to upload. The message "Sending information to the grid server" appears, but this eventually changes to the "Agent Paused" message.

Hope this helps the techs in diagnosing the problem.

I too have received two WU's for two of three machines in the last half hour. Both are FA@H WU's. The other machine is still paused. It appears things are getting back to normal. <dataman>

i cant seem to login in now....i tried reinstalling the age on the machine now i keep getting the unable to connect to grd server message :(

It sounds as though the UD server is running some background process that only lets it occasionally handle a client request. This means that the UD clients on your computer are all right. They will just have to stay paused until the staff correct the problem on the server.

If you have a FAAH job, select it in the Advanced View, Tasks (Work) tab and hit the left margin graphics button. After, put mouse on main graph, hold that right mouse button (or left depending on config) and move the mouse. Shock and awe.... what you cant do in the ol UD agent you can do in BOINC.... rotate the 3D picture and look at it from any angle you please.

In simple view, double the 'graphics available' area for same exclusive feature. You might get hooked :D

Added: One better, drag it vertical and hold.... rotation will remain in that direction :O
