Personally not experienced any non-throttle adherence. The one client where HCMD always runs (p4-HT) actually uses Threadmaster (only for W2K and up) to control the CPU % allocation. Always works regardless and does an outstanding job compared to the present BOINC build-in CPU resource control.

The new control process visible in the Taskmanager that came with version 1.0.1.6 for HCMD is ud_15212972.exe. Some security software will need to have their exceptions updated for this new version.
