Hey, WinXP Pro Admin Account
i just installed this software and am unsure how to allow it to process things while my computer is locked. At this time, Task Run Time is at 2hours 3mins, but Total Run Time is 0's across the board. Whenever I leave my computer i lock it to prevent others from screwing around with my computer. So i went out today and decided to shut down just about every program that was running and leave all power to this program.... i come back and hour later and still nothing. Now is Total Run Time only updated soo many X Days oor is it supposed to be live time telling me how long it's been going for, or will the Task Run Time just add to that over and over again whenever a project is done? |

Hi,
----------------------------------------You might want to go thru the Help section (button left top), for some basic information. The Start Here forum also includes a lot of useful information. The left half of the Agent screen gives the time and progress percent for current job. The right half gives the cumulative time and points of completed jobs and the device rating when u *last* returned a finished job to WCG i.e. it updates only when you have had network contact to exchanger information and results. If u hit Windows Key + L you activate the windows protection, but leave the agent running..... no one could be doing anything than. ciao
