No problem downloading and helping in Australia. Now I am in Thailand and on a new computer and can't get the "agent" to load.
Error message says error #53 "Can't find UD file". Dowloaded twice to make sure error repeats. Would like to get back on grid but until someone helps me load the "agent" I am imptent. Thank you. |

It's likely your security software that blocks a transient file (created during startup and only existing in memory, not on disk!): See the below 2 threads:

I was getting some transient errors this morning on both download and upload, but there was an issue with the BOINC server this morning.
----------------------------------------(see read-only issues at top of forum) My downloads are running now. See whether you still get the same error now.
