I'm getting this message on some UD agents @ work. It seems to have started sometime after HPF2 re-launch or Genome Comparison launch. No changes in our LAN environment lately. I don't have time right now to diagnose why this is occurring or change the DEP settings on every computer. (and I have no WCG Network monitor, so I have no idea how many machines this is affecting).
My question is... will the agents eventually automatically resolve themselves, or do they require user intervention of actually clicking the "Click here" message on the UD agent before they will download another WU (I hope not :::sigh:::). |

----------------------------------------Okay, somewhere else someone asked: Will the agent recover once one has a pop-up screen if there is one related to connection issues? Some have remote machines which would just sit there until the left or right hand pointing instrument would do the divine intervention. Answer 1: Good question. I've never left my pop-up screen up. I know if one never clicks on the flashing yellow exclamation point, it will connect on its own... an hour later, at max. Answer 2: Yes it does eventually connect, it still keeps trying at the 'set' intervals until it finally gets through.
