  I find there are 2 demos which written in PHP and python, but I am familiar with java , do you have some demo written in Java?

We don't have our own demo written in Java, but there is a Java API that was developed by a third party that might help you put a demo together: https://github.com/SimplyUb/MultiChainJavaAPI
