How to use preparelockunspentfrom for a adrress present on another node.?

Question

I want to lock the amount (preparelockunspentfrom) from the terminal window on node1 for an address which is present on node2.

Please let me know if it can be done by assigning any permission or after importing the address of the node2  on node1.

You can't do this on a node for an address which does not belong to that node (to be more precise, for an address for which it does not have the private key).
